MacBook Air vs Windows – which is worth it?
I'm torn between getting a MacBook Air and a Windows laptop for college. I need something reliable for taking notes, writing papers, and doing some light coding. Battery life and portability are important. I'm also on a budget, so value for money is a big factor. Which offers the best overall experience and bang for the buck?

However, comparable Windows laptops often offer similar performance at a lower price point. Consider a Dell XPS 13 or a Lenovo ThinkPad if you're budget-conscious; they're solid alternatives. If you want to dip your toes into the Mac world and your budget is flexible, get a refurbished older gen Macbook Air. That way you can determine if it's for you.
