QLED's quantum dot filter produces a wider color gamut and higher peak brightness, which helps significantly with glare and provides more vibrant colors, especially in bright rooms. Crystal UHD is decent, but it lacks the color volume and brightness to compete with QLED in those conditions. If glare is a major concern and you watch a lot of HDR content, QLED is worth the investment. Otherwise, Crystal UHD can be a good budget-friendly option, especially if you mostly watch SDR content in a dimly lit room.
